You must have java® enabled on your computer.
2.
Please change the name from 'Guest' to a unique nickname. Common names
may be registered by someone else and will cause you to be disconnected.
This can be avoided by adding numbers or "MG" to the end of
your nickname. For
example, change 'Joe' to 'JoeMG' or 'Joe567'. Registered nicknames can
only be used through PhaZenet(see below for details
on entering the chat room through mIRC.)
3.
If you are disconnected, please choose an alternate 'Server Name' before
trying to re-connect (and try making your nickname more unique.)
4.

If

you are not seeing a picture and you know we are broadcasting:
1.
Make sure java® is enabled (if you can get in the chat room then
java is enabled)
2.
Make sure any Pop-up blockers are allowing pop-ups for our web site.
3.
You must allow Active Content to view the screen.
4.
If you are running on Windows XP and can not get into the chat room
a.
In your browser click on 'Tools' then 'Internet Options'
b.
In the dialog box choose the "Advanced' tab
c.
Scroll down and see if you are using "Java Sun" or Microsoft
Java Virtual Machine.
Microsoft
says:
"The
MSJVM will reach its end of life on December 31, 2007. Customers
are encouraged to take proactive measures to stay informed about
obsolete software and move away from the MSJVM in a timely fashion.
The MSJVM is no longer available for distribution from Microsoft
and there will be no enhancements to the MSJVM."
If
you are using MSJVM, consider switching. Go to http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
and
click on the "Download Now" link on that page.
5.
If you have an older computer or a dial up connection, you may want
to disconnect from the chat room while watching a video or live presentation.
